All units have separate meters for natural gas and electricity. All units will be billed for electricity and Natural gas separately.

Only one water meter will be provided for each building. The water bill will reflect the cumulative use of that utility by all the units in the building. Water bills will be paid for in the condo owners monthly maintenance fees.

Quarry Hollow Maintenance Fees

A regular maintenance fee is collected from all members of the condo community. This fee is used by the condo corporation to pay for such services as yard maintenance, snow plowing, water and sewer bills, building insurance and exterior building maintenance - all costs that would apply to any home you might own. The maintenance fee is based on the square footage of each unit and the rates for 2009 will be $221.10 per month for the interior units in Phase 2 and $247.64 per month for the end unit (15 Richardson Lane).
